Time Warner Cable seeking to fill 60 jobs

Time Warner Cable, now part of the Charter Communications organization, intends to hire about 60 customer-service representatives for open positions in Louisville by Dec. 31.

A job fair is scheduled 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3 at the University of Louisville Shelby Campus, Founders Union Building, Room 6, located at 9001 Shelbyville Road.

At the event, candidates will have the opportunity to meet with customer care leaders, while learning about hours, pay and training. If candidates meet the qualifications and are interested, interviews will be conducted on the spot.

Customer service representatives assist residential customers with all aspects of cable services -- including billing, repair, technical support, troubleshooting, sales and other inquiries in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment.

Qualified applicants need a minimum of six months in customer service and effective computer/communication skills.

All positions offer competitive compensation and benefits. Applicants should bring resumes and wear business appropriate attire.

Applicants must apply online and complete an assessment prior to the event. Those interested can apply at http://bit.ly/2eoALXm, using requisition number 181458BR.

Time Warner Cable is a leading broadband communications company and the second largest cable operator in America.
