A double-header on Sept. 1 in the Carrier Dome will start Time Warner Cable Sport's 2016 high school football television schedule.
Kickoff Classic games featuring Henninger vs. Cicero-North Syracuse (5 p.m.) and Marcellus vs. Westhill (8 p.m.) begin a season which will usually involve weekly game telecasts on Thursday and Friday nights.
As the cable sports channel did last season, some of the later Friday match-ups will be scheduled during the season to provide games with more playoff or league relevance.

Sept. 16 -- Utica Proctor at Baldwinsville -- 7 p.m.
Sept. 22 -- West Canada Valley at Sauquoit Valley -- 7 p.m.
Sept. 23 -- East Syracuse Minoa at Jamesville-DeWitt -- 7 p.m.
Sept. 29 -- Rome Free Academy at Corcoran -- 7 p.m.
Sept. 30 -- To be determined
Oct. 6 -- Lowville at Jordan-Elbridge -- 7 p.m.
Oct. 7 -- To be determined
Oct. 13 -- Cazenovia at Oneida -- 7 p.m.
Oct. 14 -- To be determined
Oct. 28 -- Section III playoff games -- 5 and 7 p.m.
Nov. 4 -- Section III championship games 5 p.m. (Class D) and 8 p.m. (Class A) -- Carrier Dome

Nov. 11 -- NYSPHSAA West regional playoffs -- Class A and D (times TBD)
